The cafe isn’t just a place to eat; it’s a community hub filled with laughter and friendly conversations.

But let's talk about the food—a highlight of Lita's Cafe. Their all-day breakfast plates are a testament to satisfying comfort. Whether it’s the Chicken Fried Steak accompanied by perfectly cooked eggs and homemade spuds, or the hearty Locomoco that Levi 501 raved about, each dish is crafted with care. The Loco Moco features a generous scoop of rice topped with a flavorful hamburger patty, smothered in savory gravy, and finished with two over-easy eggs. While some may debate the origins of the gravy's taste, its comforting flavors have won over many hearts.

Lita’s also excels in their burger offerings. Take, for instance, the mouthwatering 49ers Burger, layered with crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and topped with onion rings—all nestled within grilled parmesan bread. It’s an indulgent delight that makes every bite a rewarding experience. Customers like Angela are particularly pleased with the accommodating service, where dietary preferences are acknowledged and respected, ensuring everyone leaves happy, including those managing dietary restrictions.

For those preferring lighter fare, the avocado toast garnished with a poached egg proves to be a favorite, hitting just the right notes of flavor and freshness, even if the fruit occasionally doesn’t meet expectation, as noted by Amy. One thing is clear: the food is made to please, as Cassidy can attest—the perfectly cooked eggs and lovely country potatoes elevate any morning routine.

Lita’s Cafe is more than just a dining destination; it’s a celebration of food and friendship. Each visit offers a chance to explore new dishes or indulge in nostalgic favorites while enjoying the attentive, cheerful service that keeps patrons returning. I was excited for the Loco Moco, this review is based on this meal as it was my 1st time there. Went to 6 other people, they all enjoyed their meals. The loco moco was very nice, a large scoop of rice with a good size hamburger pattie smothered in a dark brown gravy and 2 over easy eggs. Gravy tasted like it was from a can but it was very good. Service was the best part, coffee was always topped off and the people working there were delightful. Would go back to try other things.

Nice place for lunch. I had the avocado toast with a poached egg with fruit. Fruit was a little aged past where i prefer so I skipped half of it. The avocado toast really hit the spot and it was tasty.

This was the most serendipitous discovery on our trip. We were looking for a brunch spot that served more than just basic staples and didn't charge for a few eggs. When we saw locomoco on the menu, we knew we had to visit. The service was extremely friendly and sweet, like visiting relatives who were excited to see you after a long time. They were more than happy to accommodate for my diabetes and substituted sauteed veggies instead of rice/bread. My coffee was never empty either! Food came quickly and was exactly what we were craving. We had such a great experience the first morning, we went again the next day! This has quickly become a favorite for the area; can't wait to visit again next year!

Lita's cafe is definitely one of my favorite cafes in Santa Rosa. When I was studying at the JC, my friends and I would always try to grab breakfast from Lita's when we all had time to. Their staff is amazing and it has that home away from home vibe. You know, the one that feels like your hometown. Every time I come in the food is just perfect. Lovely staff, great food. And they have the best breakfast potatoes. I always end up ordering more than I do but the food is too good not to try. Thank you Lita staff!

I was very impressed with this place. Both our breakfasts were delicious. Perfectly cooked eggs, lovely country potatoes, and delicious verde sauce (I don't even like green sauce). Will definitely be going back.

Food, Service, Ambiance, Music, People and vibe was upscale, beautiful artsy, and reminded me of my lifestyle in Miami. Hats off to the chef. My boyfriend ordered the oxtails and they were so good, we also ordered the prawn pasta, pepper shrimp, kale salad and plantains. All of the food was 5star amazing. My taste buds and body were fully transported to Miami and the Caribbean. To the chef, staff and creators of Lita Thank you for this breathtaking experience. Zarinah

I don't know who thinks up the combos for their breakfast specials but, they are genius! I had the bacon, Brussels sprouts bowl with hash browns and eggs, topped with some special aoli sauce and it was phenomenal! Service was awesome and they very sweetly accommodated our large party without notice.

Had a very good breakfast. Brussel bacon hash. Big enough to split for us. Homemade biscuits maybe the best I've ever had. Waitress was perfect. Very friendly. That makes all the difference for me.
